The GCV Green Network Partnership
The GCV Green Network Partnership was formed in June 2007. The Partnership brings together the eight regional authorities as well as Forestry Commission Scotland, Scottish Government Housing and Regeneration Directorate, Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Natural Heritage and the Glasgow Centre for Population Health.

Benefits delivered through development of the GCV Green Network will help local authorities deliver on strategic documents. These include Single Outcome Agreements (SOAs), Open Space Strategies and Access Strategies.

The five agencies represented on the Partnership Board reflect the thematic interests of the programme. GCV Green Network themes are: Health Improvement, Stronger Communities, Enterprise Development and Biodiversity & the Environment.

Each partner is represented at senior level on the Partnership Board.
